We are a contemplative and apostolic community. The Eucharist is essential to our lives and we attend the celebration of Mass each day. We also pray the Liturgy of the Hours in community and devote personal time in silent meditation and adoration before the Blessed Sacrament. Our lives are ordered around Christ and our good works are the fruits of our contemplation.

As Carmelites, we follow the rule of St. Albert. Mary is the patroness of our Order and St. Therese of Lisieux, "the Little Flower", is the patroness of our Congregation. As Carmelites, our special charism is prayer, but we also seek to spread devotion to the "Little Way" of St. Therese.
